Consulting

Services provided to assist IDEA Training Collaborative in their digital transformation:

LMS procurement and deployment: The first stage of our collaboration involved procuring and setting up a learning management system simultaneously with the development of the first batch of online courseware.
Live web instruction technology procurement and configuration: Assisted in the selection of technology for virtual instructor-led delivery.
Training of trainers for live virtual delivery: Trained approximately 50 instructors for online course delivery using a hybrid approach (live instruction, self-paced learning modules, and one-on-one support to adapt materials and facilitate workshops).
